Mackenzie Fly Fishing Open Day | River Clyde at Mauldslie Bridge
On Sunday 1st June, Mackenzie Fly Fishing joined forces with Glasgow Angling Centre and the UCAPA Angling Club for a fantastic open day at Mauldslie Bridge on the River Clyde - and what a day it turned out to be.
Anglers of all abilities were welcomed along to get hands-on with the latest Mackenzie products, including the full range of rods, lines and clothing. The Mackenzie Pro Team were on hand throughout the day, sharing their expertise with casting tips and fishing advice for anyone who wanted it.
It was a brilliant opportunity to try out current tackle in a relaxed, friendly setting - and with a BBQ running on the day alongside a raffle, there was plenty to keep everyone in good spirits between casts.
A huge thank you to everyone who came along and made the day so enjoyable, and of course to the entire Mackenzie team for putting on such an excellent event. It was great to see so many familiar - and new - faces on the riverbank.
