How to tie the KRYPTONITE Fly with Steve Cullen https://ift.tt/LnF02pW

If you're after a nymph pattern that consistently delivers results, you’ll want to learn how to tie the Kryptonite Nymph. One of Steve’s well-thought-out variants, this clever pattern has a touch of creativity behind its name — inspired by the comic book rivalry between Lex Luthor and Superman’s famous weakness, Kryptonite.

When it comes to fishing the Kryptonite Nymph, Steve recommends targeting areas around weed beds. The subtle flash of colour in the pattern is designed to catch a trout’s eye and trigger aggressive strikes.

All materials needed to tie this fly are available from Glasgow Angling Centre or Edinburgh Angling Centre and are listed below. As always, if you need any help finding materials or substitutes, we'll be happy to help.
